Sale isn’t going to go through. They wanted us to pay for some weird shit, amounting to a good $15,000 taken from us after the Realtors took their several thousand. The weird guy even came by to try and get us to loan him $10,000 because he had a history with the bank and they wanted a larger down payment. But I promise to pay you back! Yeah right.
We had another showing this morning, so we’ll see how that went.

That’s a shame, but hopefully the next one will be more reliable. Someone will come. *glomps*

Selling your house is the most frustrating thing ever. The effort that goes into keeping things presentable is enough to drain you but when theres no one interested or deals fall through you wat to strangle the potential buyers. No one was interested in my parents house until they decided they’d had enough and took it off the market.

I’m sorry Jass, pass my condolences to Sal too. That sucks major ass. You guys have had your house on the market for friggin’ _forever_.
Hopefully you’ll find a better buyer. One who won’t try to borrow money from you. Geeze I can’t believe he had the nerve to do that.

About the cars many people do not have cars.
Sally, don’t feel bad, I got my license at 18. I still barely know how to drive. Driving scares me to death.
Sorry to hear abour Fancy.
*Hugs*
I hope the rest of your week gets better.
